I don’t have much time today, so I’d like to introduce you to one of the most depressing public places in the entire world—the Albany Greyhound bus station. Look at this photo. There’s so much that contributes to a sense of illness in this place.
There is a spot on the ceiling.
The ceiling tiles around the vent are grody.
The greyhound sign behind the counter is suspiciously tiny.
The kerning on the Tickets & Information sign is completely fucked.
The no smoking / no vaping sign isn’t appropriately centered. Just floating out there on the 2D plane of the wall, I guess.
Lots of strange tape marks on the wall, peeled paint. What could have caused this? Wait, hold up…
