Anyone else feel the AI Marketing is way to overhyped. I work in motion design and yes there is some cool magic tricks AI can do. But I allways have to redo almost everything. I feel it’s like how people think if you have an IPhone you can now make movies. So every one with a iPhone is a cinema person. But I would never have a boomer make a wedding video just because they have an iPhone. Sure Ai can assist and make some cool stuff but at the end of the day it’s way overrated.
I mean just look at Apple intelligence. Or if we are supposed to cure cancer with AI then why is Open Ai making its own tick tok slop. Or why is grox into erotica? If I ask chat gpt about quantum theory I’m blown away because I know nothing about the subject. But if I ask about a field that I have deep experience it is almost allways incorrect or falls very short. It’s almost like it’s just repeating what blogs say about a subject matter ohhh wait ..it’s just a fancy google search engine isn’t it? Which makes sense since if you google almost anything deep the correct information is almost never the top choice. It’s almost like common sense is not so common!!
